Use this “Come Thou Fount” lyrics free printable to refresh your home decor for any season—especially for a cozy fall display.
Who doesn’t love a free printable? I enjoy decorating my home for every season with simple, printable art—it’s an easy and budget-friendly way to give a room a fresh feel. This “Come Thou Fount” printable was created with fall in mind, a gentle reminder of gratitude and blessing that fits nicely into autumn vignettes and neutral seasonal decor.

I designed this print to emphasize thankfulness—an ideal sentiment for fall when we naturally think about blessings and gratitude. It’s simple to print, frame, and place on a mantel, kitchen shelf, or entryway table. In my own home I displayed it in my kitchen alongside neutral seasonal accents, where the typography and tone blend seamlessly with pumpkins, woven textures, and warm candlelight.

I grew up loving hymns. Our family went to church regularly—Sunday morning, Sunday night, and Wednesday night—and choir night was a constant part of my childhood. From first grade through my teen years I sang in choir every Sunday night, so hymns are part of the soundtrack of my life.

One of my favorite childhood memories is the hymn memory program we had called “hymn-n-M.” Memorize the hymn of the week, sing it to your teacher, and earn a little reward. I loved candy enough that I learned every hymn I could—so songs like “Come Thou Fount” and “Be Thou My Vision” have stuck with me for years. That nostalgia and the simple, timeless words made this printable a natural choice for seasonal decorating.

The printable is available in five colorways: navy, green, turquoise, yellow, and gray. Each option works well with different decor styles—navy and gray pair beautifully with neutral farmhouse or coastal palettes, while turquoise and green bring a fresher, livelier touch. Yellow adds a soft, sunny accent that brightens darker corners.

Printing tips: for the best results, print on high-quality matte or cardstock paper and trim to fit a standard frame. An 8×10 or 11×14 frame makes a quick and polished display. You can also scale the file up or down depending on the space—cluster smaller prints on a shelf or hang a larger print as a focal point.
Styling ideas: place the printable in a simple black or wood frame and lean it on a mantel mixed with vintage books, dried stems, and a couple of candles. For a kitchen vignette, tuck it among neutral jars, woven placemats, and a small pumpkin. The typography is designed to complement layered textures without overwhelming a space.

Enjoy the printable, and happy (almost) fall—whether your weather is cooling off or staying warm for now!
