I love a free printable! They’re my favorite budget-friendly way to refresh home decor. All you need is a printer and a frame to add seasonal charm to any room.
If you’ve followed The Turquoise Home for a while, you know I’m a big fan of free printables. They were a decorating lifesaver when we moved into our current home and were on a tight budget. Buying a foreclosure and living on one income meant I needed inexpensive ways to style our space, so I started designing and DIYing decor. Printables let me change seasonal looks without spending much—sometimes nothing—beyond ink and paper.
These watercolor fall printables were inspired by a favorite tablescape I created after receiving a bouquet from Farmgirl Flowers. If you haven’t heard of Farmgirl Flowers, they’re a California company that sources American-grown blooms and ships beautiful bouquets across the U.S.—their arrangements are gorgeous and very inspiring for seasonal decor.

This year I turned photos from that tablescape session into soft watercolor prints. I also created a watercolor printable from a photo of my tiered tray. Both files are designed to print well at home so you can frame them or display them wherever you like.
Printing Tips for Best Results
To get the most beautiful prints from home, I suggest using a color printer with good photo-quality output and pigment or long-lasting ink. Print on heavyweight paper or matte photo paper for rich color and a professional feel. Set your printer to the highest quality or photo print setting, and select the proper paper type in the print dialog. If your printer offers color management settings, use them to avoid washed-out tones.
Display and Styling Ideas
- Frame a printable and add it to a gallery wall with seasonal accents—pumpkins, garlands, or dried flowers work beautifully.
- Place a smaller print on a kitchen shelf or tiered tray for a quick seasonal touch.
- Use different frame finishes—wood, gold, or black—to match your decor. Changing just a frame’s mat color can also completely alter the vibe.
- Rotate printables seasonally to keep your home feeling fresh without spending a lot.
I love how these watercolor designs bring the colors of that tablescape—soft oranges, turquoise accents, and warm neutrals—into everyday decor. They’re simple to use, inexpensive, and instantly seasonal.
