Happy weekend! We’ve had a few cooler mornings this week and that first hint of crispness in the air. I even noticed a few leaves drifting down during my walks. With football season just around the corner, I’m officially in a fall frame of mind. I’ve been browsing a few new doormats to refresh our front porch and slowly adding cozy seasonal touches around the house.
Summer is hanging on, though — another warm week is ahead, so I plan to squeeze in a little more pool time and soak up the late-summer sunshine while it lasts. It’s that funny, in-between time of year when I’m thinking about pumpkins and tailgates one moment and reaching for my swimsuit the next.
We’re settling into our fall routine and looking forward to the long holiday weekend. I’ll be rounding up my favorite Labor Day sales because it’s a perfect moment to shop for new fall decor, seasonal accents, and even those larger furniture pieces you’ve been considering. I’ll share the best finds and money-saving tips as the sales roll in.
