DIY Easter Crafts, Egg Salad Recipe and Spring Home Ideas

Happy Easter weekend! I can hardly believe the holiday is already here. Our family is looking forward to celebrating the resurrection of Jesus and enjoying a peaceful, joy-filled weekend. This past week I had a planned surgery to repair my abdominal wall after having children — something I’d been needing for a long time. I’m so thankful I finally went through with it and even more grateful that my recovery has been smooth. I’ll share a full update on the procedure and recovery in an upcoming blog post.

Last weekend I shared my favorite Easter gift basket ideas. If it’s too late to order items this year, the ideas can still inspire creative, last-minute baskets assembled from things you already have at home.

Welcome to this week’s Home Style Saturday — a curated collection of seasonal decorating ideas, easy recipes, simple DIY projects, and practical home tips. Enjoy a charming Easter egg craft, a delicious egg salad recipe with a twist, guidance on when hiring an interior designer makes sense, step-by-step instructions for planting beautiful container flowers, and everyday cleaning habits that help your home feel calm and welcoming.
